This house has a very classy architectural design. Supported place and the atmosphere around a very natural and healthy. In the guarantee you will feel amazed to see it. This house built near lake Junaluska, rural cabins and renovated in 1920 summer as a vacation escape. This house plan design concept is a blend of Arts & Crafts with a sense of the UK, which use materials that have regional precedent and appropriateness, shingle, cement and stone. The structure of rich detail and accented with lots of hand wrought iron work by Daniel Miller. Miller interrupted work both façade and interior of the house, from the lantern hanging at the entrance to curl up support for rain gutters to handrails on the stairs.

To accommodate the limited size and steep slopes of the property, Samsel Architects residence of 4300 square feet divided into three levels. house has a modest footprint, but provides plenty of space occupied. It is presented both challenges and opportunities for architects. This is a tight site, the architect must build up to the setback line and work around the trees that already exist, but you're right on the lake and the trees have become a convenience.

Vertical orientation is also home to convince a lot of ambient light, star water views from almost every room and lots of deck space for enjoying the scenery and observe the life of the community.

Surrounding scenery is also faced with the task of creating continuity between three levels of the house. So, palette, rich earthy from red, gold and green are selected that will soothe the eye and complement the spectrum of forest in the furniture.
